I spent more than two years living in this place from 2019 to 2021. It was an amazing spot to dwell in. The flats were very roomy and included not one, but two storage areas - one inside the apartment itself and another one below the surface of the property. Everything was kept very clean, including all of the appliances, which were fresh and sparkling. Maintenance personnel answered our queries promptly. But what made it stand out was Denys (the building manager) and Carl (the leasing consultant). They both had such friendly demeanors and were always ready to assist us with whatever we needed. Additionally, leaving went by smoothly without any additional charges on us - even after I left Saskatchewan, Denys contacted us to find out how he could mail our mail that Canada Post wouldn't forward for us! All in all, if I ever return to Saskatoon, I will absolutely select this place as my home again!

I read both positive and negative reviews about this building before settling on it, so I thought I should leave one too. No problems have arisen yet; maintenance and management have been responsive and accommodating. In particular, Carl was very patient with all my queries during the leasing process, while Denys is always friendly and helpful whenever my partner or I speak to him. Maintenance usually comes quickly when we need them for minor issues, which is better than our last rental. The walls between suites are thick enough that only faint noises from other tenants occasionally come through. We also appreciate the in-suite washer/dryer, dishwasher as well as pet policy of this building. The only thing that can be a bit irritating are some of the other tenants who don't clean up after their pets or make noise late at night. However most of our interactions with them have been fine when we asked them to quiet down at 2am! All things considered, it's a decent place to live with reasonable costs plus supportive staff and friendly neighbours - highly recommended!

If you're searching for a home, your search is over! It's the perfect spot to live! The management are wonderful, friendly and proficient. The maintenance crew make sure the building remains in good condition. The cleaners are thorough and always keep the facility looking great. The apartments offer cathedral ceilings, laundry facilities, air conditioning and an inviting kitchen island that make them very inviting. We highly suggest it; kudos to Denys and Carl for an amazing job! Thank you Carolyn!

I resided in this building from 2019 to 2021, so I can provide an overview of the pros and cons of living there. One great aspect was that all kitchen appliances were in pristine condition since it was constructed in 2018. Moreover, the suite contained a Washer and Dryer to facilitate laundry needs. The building also included an on-site management office situated on the ground floor for direct conversations with the Building Manager who is very pleasant. Each unit came equipped with an underground storage facility which is useful for storing items such as winter tires and boxes. The greatest feature of this structure is its underground heated parking which comes in handy during Saskatoon's winter months when temperatures dip below -30 celsius. However, one downside is that air conditioning cannot be controlled independently as it runs according to the central AC which only functions during summertime; thus making apartments facing the afternoon sun susceptible to high temperatures (upwards of 28 celsius) during spring days. Additionally, noise pollution can be a problem since units facing the parking lot are prone to hearing loud music from vehicles or people talking loudly outside.. Lastly, while Stonebridge itself is more expens more ...

This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of i
