After residing in a two-bedroom suite for a year, I recently decided to sign another one-year lease on a one-bedroom suite at the Saskatoon Tower. The staff here are superb; Andrada is always attentive, recognizes all the tenants and is really helpful. Additionally, the maintenance crew arrive promptly and are unfailingly polite. My transition to my new apartment was seamless due to Andrada's excellent communication skills.

The apartments are large and feature many great amenities. Andrada, the staff member, is extremely hospitable and personable. She knows every resident in the building personally and always takes time to talk with them and ask how they are doing. It's obvious she loves her job; making the building feel like a family. The maintenance crew is also very quick to respond and efficient with their work. Definitely an awesome place to live!

I would emphatically not recommend this building. The new Northland management came in without warning, and has been appalling. We've had numerous fire alarms go off, some with fires and some without; homeless people are allowed to roam around freely; staff enter our suites uninvited; amenities have been taken away but rent remains the same; no security is provided for the building; maintenance personnel who were actually good at their job were fired. For what we pay in rent, the quality of living is too low - it's unacceptable. As soon as our lease ends, we'll be on our way out of here.

Saskatoon Towers was recently sold to Northland, the new management company, with no warning given to the residents. Quadreal had its faults but it has become much worse since being taken over by Northland - they got rid of our maintenance staff and there is no way to submit repair requests. Additionally, the $500 referral credit that I was supposed to receive for recommending a friend has been revoked due to it being a "previous rental company agreement" rather than one with Northland. As if that wasn't enough, security is practically non-existent - two fires have broken out in one stairwell in just three months and false alarms go off all night long. Most recently, the building's fob system malfunctioned leaving us reliant on our cellphones or someone hired from 10am-7pm just so we could get into the building - there was no communication about this for two days and what information we have received has been minimal. This means a lot of doors have been left open which lets people who don't live here wander around freely inside our building and not be respectful of it either. It hasn't helped matters that my apartment temperature has been between 10-15 degrees even though I've set my thermostat at 30; after emailing management not more ...

I've been renting at Saskatoon Towers for 3 years and the management has been hard to work with. Northland took over from Quadreal a couple months ago -- they gave us 1 day's notice, had us submit direct deposits, and it took them 20 days into January before rent was taken out of our accounts without any communication. Our friendly maintenance people were fired too! Management said they could enter our units M-F 9am-5pm (which is illegal). We don't know how to contact emergency maintenance or submit requests, and last night our FOB system didn't work in -30 degrees Celsius. My sister's unit was 10 degrees and she had to sleep on my couch & buy a space heater today; she won't be compensated either. Two people never got their $500 referral credit or free month of rent per Quadreal; Northland won't honor it either. There have been 2 fires in the stairwell in 3 months too! When Quadreal managed Impark took over parking -- we had to set up accounts which cost $25 but weren't compensated for it. Covid shut down amenities but rent increased & there was no compensation for that loss either (gym was why I chose this bldg). It's high price yet lots of unexpected expenses, uncertainties, disruptions & unsafe so not worth it -- I'm moving ASA more ...

This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of i
