The management in the place where I lived was awful. Everyone I encountered, like resident relations, maintenance, and building managers were all incredibly unprofessional and of no help whatsoever. They never gave enough notice for anything, only providing excuses instead of solutions. When you needed to get a hold of someone urgently it was impossible because they never answered their phones. They weren't willing to help with any issues regarding our suite or the building either; they were disorganized and kept changing their minds about things. For example, when we wanted to move out they initially told us two weeks notice was enough but then later said we needed 30 days when we called for clarification (it was the same person both times). In summary, it is obvious that dealing with them is very irritating and unfruitful.
