We are very content with our 3 bedroom suite as the property is kept in spotless condition We have been here for almost a year and the new manager Jason Monroe has been friendly and helpful So far we have not had any problems with the rental The rent is also reasonable compared to Heritage Place in Saskatoon where we had nothing but troubles for two years di 2022-10-13T02:32:17Z
We are very content with our 3 bedroom suite as the property is kept in spotless condition We have been here for almost a year and the new manager Jason Monroe has been friendly and helpful So far we have not had any problems with the rental The rent is also reasonable compared to Heritage Place in Saskatoon where we had nothing but troubles for two years dirty hallways security doors that wouldnt close properly carpets stained with pet urine and no heat or hot water at times They promised us they would pay for our moving expenses after flooding but never did now its managed by those who constructed it Were delighted we moved here and just need a parking spot in front of building for my wife who has a disability which hopefully will be available soon more ... hide ...

Avenue Living apartments may be affordable but the management is terrible The middlelevel heat doesnt work even in springtime when winter was freezing When they were asked for service they said they couldnt help with windows freezing over and leaking onto the floors causing mold and water damage there was no help from management The water temperature is most 2022-09-19T18:02:17Z
Avenue Living apartments may be affordable but the management is terrible The middlelevel heat doesnt work even in springtime when winter was freezing When they were asked for service they said they couldnt help with windows freezing over and leaking onto the floors causing mold and water damage there was no help from management The water temperature is mostly cold and its common to hear the heaters banging loudly at all times of day Theres a maple bug infestation all year round too cleaners bang on walls and doors at 6am on weekends for vacuuming You pay for heat water and parking but rarely get what you pay for people steal parking spots with management doing nothing to stop it since they sometimes do it too There was even an incident where upstairs neighbors shower water leaked through the roof but their version of fixing it was just covering the hole When their water went to downstairs neighbors it ruined our bathtub So if youre looking for a roof over your head only then go ahead otherwise you wont have a good experience here bring lots of blankets during winter plus noisecancelling headphones insect repellent as well for quiet hours too Avoid Avenue Living if possible just getting an apartment here was enough trouble without having terrible service not getting ones money worth more ... hide ...

This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of 2022-10-15T16:32:17Z
This apartment is passable yet walking through building 840 gives the feeling of a juvenile detention center The lobby and hallways could definitely benefit from an upgrade Furthermore the area isn't great loud every week at peak bar times due to the Long Branch A gate was recently installed but it is nonfunctional half of the time and has been a source of irritation for tenants Additionally management changes regularly with new keyfobs required for every suite then charged for dead batteries two weeks later Snow plowing is rare cars have been broken into and cameras are inadequate as management does not take time to review them Residents seem nice enough and there is a shared gym between both buildings At 1700month plus power for small 3 bedroom this complex isn't worth it best to look elsewhere before renting more ... hide ...

Ive been living in this building for six years and the manager is not an easy person to deal with he once even entered my apartment without permission The elevators here are the quickest in Saskatchewan and there are some good views from here too However the manager is not worth staying for his wife is a much nicer person though
