I had a miserable experience living in this place and was relieved when I moved out. The services were always interrupted, air conditioning broke down repeatedly during hot days (over 35C), no window cleaning ever, gym and pool took ages to open and maintenance fees were never reduced or given back; it smelled of pot and cigarettes but security didn't take any action. Furthermore, some of the occupants had no respect for others. On Yonge Street there were always sirens blaring from emergency vehicles, loud cars/motorbikes passing by; security never really did anything about it - for instance the elderly man on Tower C who worked evenings - once there was a huge gathering in the parking lot but he asked ME to call the police as they weren't listening to him. So overall don't have much expectations if you live here.
