I am delighted to have made my apartment my home for the last 3 months. It is airy, roomy and fully equipped. The building is managed excellently by a competent on-site team, who are ever-ready to address any problems that arise. The maintenance staff are cordial and take care of repairs expeditiously. All personnel are pleasant and willing to help out in any way they can. I am now near Hillcrest Mall, retail outlets, plazas, malls and bus services going downtown.

The property is close to many necessary amenities, such as a shopping mall, school, bus stop, and GO Train station. It's only a 10-minute drive to the TTC subway and the three highways of 404, 407, and 400 are located 7 km away. The management is highly professional and honest in their dealings. Unfortunately, there are some issues with the structure itself - no chiller system installed; two-bedroom apartments only have one washroom; and there is no private security which I feel is crucial considering the ever-deteriorating law enforcement in the city. Despite this I have utmost respect for management who always treat tenants respectfully while quickly resolving any problems that arise.
