We have had multiple issues with this rental company including losing paperwork and taking 6 months to repair damage caused by the previous tenant We came home to a mud pit in the backyard plumbing that backed up with dirty water and no help from them Even during COVID19 they were unsympathetic to any delay in rent payments and would threaten eviction withou 2023-02-14T07:00:05Z
We have had multiple issues with this rental company including losing paperwork and taking 6 months to repair damage caused by the previous tenant We came home to a mud pit in the backyard plumbing that backed up with dirty water and no help from them Even during COVID19 they were unsympathetic to any delay in rent payments and would threaten eviction without a new home Additionally bathtubs were not caulked or sealed correctly which led to mold problems that were ignored The baseboards were torn up and gouges were in the floor walls cupboards yet nothing was ever done about it Shockingly this is all for a townhome that is only 5 years old When we moved in there was no effort made to shovel the walkway so when my wife I tried bringing our bed inside we slipped on 4 inches of ice which resulted in me tearing my shoulder now months later I can still hardly move it due to their negligence Do NOT use this rental company more ... hide ...
