I have been living in this apartment for two years We were initially drawn to its large unit balcony and windows We paid seventy dollars for a parking spot however it was never assigned and we were labelled as floaters As a result we got three tickets from management who told us that we were parking in the wrong areas despite our attempts to clarify where to 2022-09-15T08:32:17Z
I have been living in this apartment for two years We were initially drawn to its large unit balcony and windows We paid seventy dollars for a parking spot however it was never assigned and we were labelled as floaters As a result we got three tickets from management who told us that we were parking in the wrong areas despite our attempts to clarify where to park In addition the building is currently undergoing balcony repairs along with other renovations like lobby and laundry room repairs which is causing more chaos around the parking lot Furthermore maintenance requests are rarely fulfilled correctly since staff often come in and out quickly without properly finishing their tasks they are even observed standing around or smoking outside instead of working on repairs Lastly there is an ongoing mouse and roach infestation that is not taken seriously mouse traps are set up near the building perimeter but dead mice can still be found in elevator vents or my kitchen cupboard at times while holes are only filled cheaply with steel wool instead of being sealed properly All in all this place does not provide great living conditions so do not let yourself be fooled by its deceptive appearance more ... hide ...

This apartment building is unacceptably poor in quality and should be avoided if possible Everywhere you look there are filthy objects scattered about The carpets are filled with urine and feces from pets while drunks throw cans off the roof late at night The standard of living here is lower than average Management only looks for ways to take money out of te 2022-10-03T08:32:17Z

Living in Parkside Square Apartments was an incredible experience for me When I was still living in Alberta last year Shak gave me a virtual tour of the different floors and layouts showing me all the different directions I am really thankful for his patience and understanding Haus and Shak also provided us with great support before and after our movein they instructed us on how to apply for Rogers internet utility companies insurances etc The complex has many wonderful recreational office amenities such as a gym dining room kitchen and business lounge which can be used for meetings or presentations when working remotely I especially love using it My appreciation also goes out to Jaclyn Danny their team for their outstanding help and assistance more ... hide ...

My biggest regret was renting an apartment for two years at 1050 Markham Road Capreit Inc Here are some of my experiences 1 The unit was extremely cold in winter I have emails as proof that it was below the standard temperature but there was no response from management They have inspection records in their office As a result I had to buy blankets and a heater and pay high electricity bills Someone told me hes been living there for years and the unit is still cold 2 I wanted to move out so I signed up for a monthtomonth contract providing 42 days notice to management however they said two months notice was necessary or else they would make me pay until they found another tenant due to my short notice This led me to contact the Tenancy BoardGovernmentfor help on this matter 3 The environment felt unsafe someone opened our car door parked outside the building and stole our belongings so we had to switch to basement parking instead after that incident occurred 4The carpets in the basement elevators and main entrance were very dirty as well as unprofessional staff behavior 5There were not enough closets nor mailboxes instead there was a small hole near the door where envelopes would be thrown inside 6Management did not have proper scheduling for maintenance which caused loud noises using hammers or machines late at night or on weekends making one feel like they were more ... hide ...
