The building is full of roaches and mice, and building management appears to do nothing about it. It reeks of the infestation, so don't keep anything in the kitchen cabinets – they may contain dead roaches. Avoid this place if you can; mice get through the gaps between units. Although mouse traps and nets have been placed, they are ineffective at keeping them out. There is mouse droppings which could cause health risks everywhere from the basement to the elevator and hallway – all of which are filthy dirty places.

This apartment building is unacceptably poor in quality and should be avoided if possible. Everywhere you look, there are filthy objects scattered about. The carpets are filled with urine and feces from pets, while drunks throw cans off the roof late at night. The standard of living here is lower than average. Management only looks for ways to take money out of tenants' pockets; bathroom fixtures and windows have become outdated but if they fall apart, you have to pay for them. The heating system during winter is abysmal - one can do nothing but shiver in coldness! As a cherry on top, the lady manager (who has Chinese origins) goes around looking for faults among tenants.
