I have been living in this building for 8 years 7 of them in one unit and 1 year in another It is very well managed and requests for maintenance are dealt with quickly Despite cockroaches presenting a problem a few years ago the issue was sorted promptly with the help of an exterminator furthermore preventative pest control measures are also taken The neighb 2022-10-13T19:32:17Z

I would not suggest living here at all Be cautious of the positive reviews theyre likely fake One review stated there were no bed bugs yet Ive been enduring terrible bed bugs since 2021 Several treatments have been done but they keep returning Now Im compelled to move out and discard my furniture leaving me with the expense of replacing it all The management 2022-10-13T20:32:18Z
I would not suggest living here at all Be cautious of the positive reviews theyre likely fake One review stated there were no bed bugs yet Ive been enduring terrible bed bugs since 2021 Several treatments have been done but they keep returning Now Im compelled to move out and discard my furniture leaving me with the expense of replacing it all The management is sluggish for everythingfrom maintenance to fixing cracks in my walls that went unaddressed for almost a year There are tons and tons of cockroaches in this building Im not alone in this issue and my neighbors concur with me on the same complaints Furthermore they don't appear to care about their tenants or units anytime I email them there is no response which is totally unprofessional or taking any grievances seriously Furthermore most people including myself and my neighbors are moving out as its just too unpleasant heredon't bother more ... hide ...

If I could I would give them a zero rating After living here for six years and continuously informing them about the deteriorating condition of my balcony they still havent fixed it They are often unresponsive to resident phone calls but are quick to answer if youre interested in renting a property Cockroaches and other bugs plague every apartment Only one or two out of four elevators usually work properly The pool amenities have been under service more than open after its supposed grand opening they closed it again for service the next day Security is a major issue the front door is often broken so anyone can just walk in and most of the garage cameras are fake All in all this is one of the worst buildings to live in if theres worse out there I don't want to know about it more ... hide ...
