    I have been living in this building for 8 years, 7 of them in one unit, and 1 year in another. It is very well managed and requests for maintenance are dealt with quickly. Despite cockroaches presenting a problem a few years ago, the issue was sorted promptly with the help of an exterminator; furthermore, preventative pest control measures are also taken. The neighborhood is wonderful - people are friendly, and the grounds boast a beautiful fountain amongst other attractive features. Although not boasting many amenities due to its age, I'm still very content here.
