Advantages: (i) Property manager and concierge are quick to answer any inquiries or requests. (ii) Residents show courtesy in communal spaces. (iii) The building has three elevators for only one hundred sixty units- my previous apartment had six elevators for more than five hundred suites. (iv) Located on the residential side of Yonge Street, it is peaceful and quiet. Disadvantages: (i) Entrance to parking garage is slightly cramped. (ii) No swimming pool, though this may be seen as a positive by some people. In conclusion, this is my first experience living in the St Clair/Yonge area and it's easy to understand why it is so sought after; you can have the seclusion of an uptown neighbourhood yet still be close to downtown amenities and attractions.
