2023-02-24T14:00:04ZThis building is highly contaminated; bed bugs and cockroaches are abound. The gym was just for show, never utilized. Bed bugs have entered my apartment from the hallway, but management hasn't responded to my complaint. Homeless come in and out of the floors with ease; corridors are filled with trash and the washing machine is faulty. Inside of the units is outdated and doors are damaged. There's no security, thus my motorbike was stolen. It's a terrible place; soon I'll be leaving it behind. I got stuck in an elevator earlier, but eventually residents saved me after an hour or so.

2023-02-24T13:30:04ZLiving in this building since 2014, I can truthfully say it's nearly the worst possible place. Two or four of the elevators are always broken, and there have to be at least five washers/dryers out of service in the laundry room. Water shut downs occur monthly here, at least. On a more positive note, maintenance is quick to respond and it's close to both TTC and a grocery store with no concierge – meaning Amazon packages are left out for anyone to take.

After living here for six years and continuously informing them about the deteriorating condition of my balcony, they still haven't fixed it. They are often unresponsive to resident phone calls but are quick to answer if you're interested in renting a property. Cockroaches and other bugs plague every apartment. Only one or two out of four elevators usually work properly. The pool amenities have been "under service" more than open; after its supposed "grand opening," they closed it again for service the next day. Security is a major issue; the front door is often broken so anyone can just walk in, and most of the garage cameras are fake. All in all, this is one of the worst buildings to live in; if there's worse out there, I don't want to know about it!
