Ive been staying here a few months and am pleasantly astonished Its tranquil clean and sunny The tenants are affable I read some pessimistic appraisals so was a bit anxious initially but you cant depend on only a few bad remarks out of the hundreds living here Additionally when I asked other inhabitants they mostly gave positive reactions The building is ext 2022-09-24T13:02:18Z
Ive been staying here a few months and am pleasantly astonished Its tranquil clean and sunny The tenants are affable I read some pessimistic appraisals so was a bit anxious initially but you cant depend on only a few bad remarks out of the hundreds living here Additionally when I asked other inhabitants they mostly gave positive reactions The building is extremely neat trash is constantly taken away in parking lots There are dedicated cleaners seen in the lobby elevators and floors all the time Management answers queries quickly and they as well as the superintendents are courteous Security personnel have recently begun patrolling stairwells to prevent smoking which had triggered alarms in the past only one alarm since then so far hopefully this trend continues Contrary to what some people said online I havent encountered any homeless or intimidating individuals near the entrances either One downside is that laundry facilities require a major revamp machines don't work properly and you often lose money however its always clean there at least Hopefully changes will continue for improvement purposes going forward more ... hide ...

The 42 Exeter Rd Oxford Tower has peeling wallpaper all over the halls a Pharaoh ant problem and one of its two elevators is always out of order The manager does not address any issues in the units and makes tenants pay for damages like doorknobs or showerheads The windows also leak and take an extended period of time to repair When tenants complain to the m 2022-10-08T19:32:17Z

When we moved to these apartments in 2015 we were initially enchanted with our new residence However the staff turnover was outrageous and we were intimidated by prior tenants and management Since they never presented us with a lease document as instructed the only thing keeping us here was our apartment itself In 20162017 though things began to change when 2022-09-24T13:32:16Z
When we moved to these apartments in 2015 we were initially enchanted with our new residence However the staff turnover was outrageous and we were intimidated by prior tenants and management Since they never presented us with a lease document as instructed the only thing keeping us here was our apartment itself In 20162017 though things began to change when a new Resident Manager came in she was fantastic and began restoring the building to its former glory Our Resident Manager listened carefully to all of our grievances and treated us respectfully The greatest improvement was when Tim and Tammy became part of the team going from being badly treated to feeling like family members We no longer remain here just because of our apartment its because of them This is an ideal living space quiet and peaceful although pets arent permitted which is a shame since some could really benefit from having service animals for support All in all we are ecstatic with our current team at Hollick Kenyon Apartments For any prospective tenants out there you wont regret your decision if you move here Lots of love from all at Hollick Kenyon Apartments more ... hide ...

Living in this building since June 2018 I find it to be clean quiet and friendly Management is quick to respond to maintenance requests snow removal is efficient and the parking area always tidy My unit is so cozy with a fireplace for chilly winter summer nights I also have insuite laundry and no bug issues Whats more the balconies are huge some people even put an entire outdoor living room set on theirs The neighbourhood has a safe atmosphere day or night the building itself has one side residential and other commercial ie Rexall as well as elevator access which makes life easier for those with mobility issues or when moving furniture etc Another resident has been here 10 years and loves it too many people take pride in their home by tending their plants plugging in balcony lights during summertime which gives the complex a nice look If I remain a renter rather than home owner Id likely stay here due to all of its benefits the only thing that could be better would be if the storagelaundry room was slightly bigger but thats such a minor negative compared to everything else more ... hide ...
