When we moved to these apartments in 2015, we were initially enchanted with our new residence. However, the staff turnover was outrageous and we were intimidated by prior tenants and management. Since they never presented us with a lease document as instructed, the only thing keeping us here was our apartment itself. In 2016-2017 though, things began to change when a new Resident Manager came in; she was fantastic and began restoring the building to its former glory. Our Resident Manager listened carefully to all of our grievances and treated us respectfully. The greatest improvement was when Tim and Tammy became part of the team - going from being badly treated to feeling like family members. We no longer remain here just because of our apartment; it's because of them! This is an ideal living space: quiet and peaceful - although pets aren't permitted which is a shame since some could really benefit from having service animals for support. All in all, we are ecstatic with our current team at Hollick Kenyon Apartments! For any prospective tenants out there - you won't regret your decision if you move here!
