2023-02-16T15:00:03ZAt first, the building was advertised as non-smoking but all that can be smelled is marijuana from the nearby apartments. Expressing your grievances does no good. When I wanted to put my parking spot on hold for a few months, due to the manager's ineptitude, they continued to charge me. It was in good condition when I moved in but now it's going downhill and no one seems to care; the elevator malfunctions more often than it runs properly and there are cracks on the walls, hallways and units themselves due to structural shifting.
