Run away from this building owned by Homestead since 2018! Tenants are treated poorly, complaints are ignored, repairs are nonexistent, services like water and elevators break often. They even try to increase the rent above market rate with above guideline increases. When asked about compensation for moving out, they simply offered a measly $500 credit towards another Homestead property. This company is terrible to rent from!

I advise you to stay away from the worst building I have ever seen. Before moving in, I asked if they had a bug problem as I had a baby and small child. They said "no" and that it was very clean. On the day we moved in, roaches were already in our kitchen! It got even worse; when we brought this to their attention, they acted like they had no idea, but we saw bugs everywhere--in the halls, elevator and lobby! We broke our lease and left quickly. Do not waste your time or money --the rent (we paid $2,100) does not make up for these intolerable conditions.
