I made one of the biggest mistakes of my life when I decided to move into this building The apartment itself was spotless and newly renovated with no roach or other insect problems but my water was out for several days after I moved in This issue seems to be a common occurrence in this building and is what other reviewers have spoken about There is no central AC and having to pass through an exterior area to get to the underground parking isn't the most appealing feature especially if its raining outside Mailboxes can be found in the lobby while laundry machines require magnetic cards for use The gym located inside of the laundry room didnt give off great vibes either When I first signed up for this place I was convinced by a financial expert that it would be worth it however once I settled in here I found myself paying more than necessary so eventually had to find another place that fit better with my budget Much to the superintendents surprise when moving out they saw how clean my apartment was not something that made me feel proud more ... hide ...
