My advice is to avoid this place at all costs if I could give a 0 rating I would Homestead has new management and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Once you pay your deposit they cease to care about anything else They turn off the water with no prior warning for hours at a time Parking fees are outrageous yet there is no enforcement of rules and reg 2022-10-30T20:32:17Z
My advice is to avoid this place at all costs if I could give a 0 rating I would Homestead has new management and the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful Once you pay your deposit they cease to care about anything else They turn off the water with no prior warning for hours at a time Parking fees are outrageous yet there is no enforcement of rules and regulations During the school year large groups of high school students come in littering everywhere and being loud sadly Homestead refuses to do anything about it There is no AC in the building but if you want to use a window AC unit then prepare to pay more money for it furthermore when you forget your key they wont open the door even though they know who you are after living here for an entire year All this comes at a cost of 1200 per month without any consideration of construction noise that never ends or garbage that never gets collected To save both money and sanity rent somewhere else more ... hide ...
