I have lived in this building for three years and the previous management, FDL, used to get things done. However, since they have taken over there have been many issues; the worst of all being that they do not care about anything. I had an issue with a credit which took six months to resolve and there were repairs needed in my unit which took four months but never got done. They even put up a notice on the outside stating it would be taken care of by the end of the year yet it still hasn't been completed. There are many people working for them who are all incompetent and their customer service is abysmal yet they were rated as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers! Keys were left unsupervised on counters so people could just take them away - at least Tadousac! The maintenance staff make comments but then don't finish their jobs with excuses every single time you go see them, resulting in new tickets being made and nothing gets resolved. The rent is high considering they offer no customer service whatsoever. In short, they are terrible at whatever they do - when they say "I'll call you" be sure that it won't happen! No one takes responsibility for mistakes nor follows up when promised; calls and visits lead nowhere but frustration.
