The staff such as Jeff the superintendent and Sabrina the coordinator are efficient and helpful However Melissa and another leasing agent have been apathetic according to other comments When I was in the process of moving out I emailed Melissa twice with no reply so I had to call her then email her again for a form for moving out When instructions were needed about how to fill out this form correctly I also had to email her Despite me leaving they should still treat me with respect since I am still a tenant until my moveout date Furthermore there have been two occasions where cockroaches were found in my apartment exterminators came but said nothing could be done because of trash stored below my unit With that being said taking into account all the apartment buildings in that area plus the amount of money they charge here it is advised you shop around before signing any contracts more ... hide ...

At Les Etoiles the management threw out some of my belongings when I was moving in due to a miscommunication with their staff and did not install locks on my door Additionally when my oven element broke I waited four weeks for it to be replaced they refused to let me purchase one myself Furthermore when I asked that the window handles be fixed in April they 2022-11-07T08:02:18Z
