I have been living in this building for two years and recently the management changed to Braden Equities who started renovating suites resurfaced the parking lot and removed asbestos Although there were occasional loud neighbors at night people mostly keep to themselves The area can be a bit sketchy with people shouting out loud in the middle of the night and several car breakins taking place lately I also had my catalytic converter stolen from this lot once when I forgot to lock my cars door Fortunately there was only one roach sighting months ago which hasnt been seen since then Tatiana is an efficient building manager who answers her calls unlike what many reviews suggest about Braden Equities property managers My rent will be most likely increasing considering all the renovations but corporate staff responded quickly when I told them about no heat in my suite and icy parking lot both issues being resolved under 48 hours The onwall shelving is really helpful especially for someone like me with a large collection of FunkoLego figures however studios converted into single bedrooms have nothing but plywood plank which isn't very luxurious or pleasing to look at without furniture filling up all that space as carpets are haphazardly cut too Thus if you don't own a car then Id give this building 4 stars whereas 3 if you do have one due to locality being not so great around here more ... hide ...

Living in my apartment for nearly a year I am absolutely in love with the size of it and its been renovated from ceiling to floor Previously loitering had been an issue in the stairwell but that has now become a thing of the past Whenever something needs to be fixed the landlord is quick to schedule maintenance as soon as possible It is situated across from 2022-09-27T06:02:17Z
Living in my apartment for nearly a year I am absolutely in love with the size of it and its been renovated from ceiling to floor Previously loitering had been an issue in the stairwell but that has now become a thing of the past Whenever something needs to be fixed the landlord is quick to schedule maintenance as soon as possible It is situated across from Mayfield Common which has plenty of places to shop like Value Village Dollarama and Save on Foods Additionally there are tanning salons doctors offices and barber shops on site too There are various bus routes that make transportation easy plus a secure underground parking lot with lots of visitor parking available as well Its not too bad for this area considering its location further down Stony Plain Road oh yes there is also an elevator more ... hide ...

The park is in need of a lot of repairs such as septic bat issues in cabin walls drainage issues with pools of water an unsafe playground bear bins that are emptied twice a season and have a nasty odor attracting bears an ungroomed beach unless campers do it themselves and no public washrooms or laundry if staying for more than a week The building has water 2022-11-03T08:32:17Z
