I have been living in this building for two years and recently the management changed to Braden Equities, who started renovating suites, resurfaced the parking lot and removed asbestos. Although there were occasional loud neighbors at night, people mostly keep to themselves. The area can be a bit sketchy with people shouting out loud in the middle of the night and several car break-ins taking place lately. I also had my catalytic converter stolen from this lot once when I forgot to lock my car's door. Fortunately, there was only one roach sighting months ago which hasn't been seen since then; Tatiana is an efficient building manager who answers her calls unlike what many reviews suggest about Braden Equities' property managers. My rent will be most likely increasing considering all the renovations but corporate staff responded quickly when I told them about no heat in my suite and icy parking lot, both issues being resolved under 48 hours. The on-wall shelving is really helpful especially for someone like me with a large collection of Funko/Lego figures; however, studios converted into single bedrooms have nothing but plywood plank which isn't very luxurious or pleasing to look at without furniture filling up all that space as car more ...
