This is not a place to rent from My packages are consistently stolen from both my door and the lobby Roaches and bugs have been an issue despite me multiple times having to empty out all of my cabinets and cupboards for treatments which have proved ineffective Ive had five treatments but still theres just as many roaches in my kitchen bathroom and bedroom during winter when they turn up the heat Its not just one unit its a problem with the entire building since other tenants have made similar complaints The management team doesnt answer emails or phones their voice mail is full they havent provided in person service since Covid started used Covid as an excuse to keep their outdoor pool closed Out of two elevators one works half of the time so all 11 floors must wait up to 10 minutes for it to get there The buzzer in the lobby needs resetting every few months so everyone has to reregister individually Parking is chaotic because they cant track who parks where and for how long In six months Ive had water shut down five times leaving us without water for up to eight hours Although I will be moving out soon due to hygiene issues costumer service issues and safeguarding worries my apartment itself is quiet with plenty of natural sunlight with no outlet problems more ... hide ...

I have been living at 230 Brittany Drive since April 2020 and the experience has been nothing short of amazing From the very first day the staff and management have been professional and attentive to any issues that arise in the complex Despite the challenges that COVID19 has brought on everyone Osgoode Properties site management continues to provide quality service to their tenants by keeping them informed of updates within their building To emphasize their dedication to tenants I recently lost my keys which had entry into my apartment car and mailbox on it remarkably enough a tenant found them in the parking lot and returned them to David Hughes Property Manager Even though I was out of town for business at this time he tracked down my vehicle using its FOB key so that everything remained secure This kind gesture is a true testament of his teams commitment and professionalism Thank you all for your hard work more ... hide ...

The park is in need of a lot of repairs such as septic bat issues in cabin walls drainage issues with pools of water an unsafe playground bear bins that are emptied twice a season and have a nasty odor attracting bears an ungroomed beach unless campers do it themselves and no public washrooms or laundry if staying for more than a week The building has water 2022-11-03T08:32:17Z
