I would never suggest anyone live here; it is an awful place. The landlord lied to me about there not being a cockroach problem, yet within five days of living there I had an infestation. My landlord didn't take this seriously and merely told me how to cope with the cockroaches. Even worse, they called an exterminator but he didn't show up twice! The building itself is also dirty--I even discovered a used needle in the shared laundry area. Overall, stay away from this place!

Living in my apartment for nearly a year, I am absolutely in love with the size of it and it's been renovated from ceiling to floor. Previously, loitering had been an issue in the stairwell but that has now become a thing of the past. Whenever something needs to be fixed, the landlord is quick to schedule maintenance as soon as possible. It is situated across from Mayfield Common which has plenty of places to shop like Value Village, Dollarama and Save on Foods. Additionally, there are tanning salons, doctors' offices and barber shops on site too. There are various bus routes that make transportation easy plus a secure underground parking lot with lots of visitor parking available as well. It's not too bad for this area considering its location further down Stony Plain Road; oh yes - there is also an elevator!
