I can only give this place no stars It has been an absolute nightmare living at these apartments I wanted to extend my stay because it was convenient but following so many problems with maintenance and management I had to move In two years my apartment flooded six times and only twice did the maintenance staff come to help clean up and attempt a solution The last time was in the master bedroom bathroomthe ceiling collapsed over the tub area water dripped from the closet walls then my kitchen and dining room started to flood too Maintenance took over a month to fix it during which time we couldnt use the bathroomI understand some fixes take longer but a month It required five calls from me for them to remember I needed help with that bathroom while still being charged full rent for an apartment with one functional restroom The same goes for carpet repairs after floodingit also took too long This kind of treatment is unacceptable especially as they always demand rent on time Don't even bother paying online as youre better off taking them a money order and make sure you keep copies Ive seen numerous people come and go in their office which is quite unreasonable their maintenance staff try hard but arent properly equipped or trained eithersomething as small as installing drawers proved difficult for them Every issue required me contacting their district manager because it seemed like it would be solved that way Ricky should be responsible since shes supposed to manage this more ... hide ...

Ive been living here for a year and have encountered many issues At first when I applied the only option was to do a virtual tour of the apartment I thought it looked nice and decided to move in without seeing the condition of it first When I went to sign they said it would be more than expected Once I moved in there were several things broken or damaged such as paint over roaches hair and food an unpleasant odor lingered my dishwasher broke during the first week flooding my carpet mold developed in the bathroom AC took three weeks for them to fix two weeks required for them to unclog my bathtub which is my only one toilet is leaking due to their temporary fix extra fees ranging from 50 100 if they can get away with it almost got fined 50 for using patio area pest fee yet havent come by in past three months car breakins are common as well as trash everywhere outside of my apartment The landlord and this place are a joke wouldnt recommend at all If you had better experience then good luck but this is just mine more ... hide ...
