Id give this place less than a star if I could The leasing staff were helpful before you moved in then impossible to contact The building is always filthy and all maintenance requests were ignored I had to replace my garage door opener several times because it wasnt working then a week before moving out the garage door came down on my car Property manager Bill Eaves blamed me for it and did nothing to fix it when I requested footage to take legal action he sent an incredibly small video that showed nothing and then dodged calls when asked for a full copy When the moveout papers were all signed they said wait for my deposit check but charged me rent even though I was no longer living there one month later Im still waiting on that check Avoid this place at all costsyou don't want to deal with their unnecessary hassle or how they changed their name more ... hide ...

My overall impressions of the last two months have been positive The amenities are still impressive and the grounds are wellmaintained Management seems to be attentive to feedback and run things efficiently My only real issue is that trash collection has erratic hours which can keep my bin out of commission until it arrives Additionally noise from neighbors 2022-09-19T10:02:18Z
My overall impressions of the last two months have been positive The amenities are still impressive and the grounds are wellmaintained Management seems to be attentive to feedback and run things efficiently My only real issue is that trash collection has erratic hours which can keep my bin out of commission until it arrives Additionally noise from neighbors can be heard through the walls such as slamming doorscabinets and on one occasion we had a noisy visitor at 11pm People should also learn how to park near the front of buildings properly its irritating when they take up two spots or park incorrectly In spite of this there are more pros than cons I love the kitchen and flooring amenities are great no issues with management so far parking is okay if you don't mind walking a bit poolgym is lovely too Its refreshing to see them take such care in maintaining this community I hope JC Hart continues keeping their standards high more ... hide ...

Ive been living in this community for more than a year and it has been great I remember when I was trying to decide if moving here was the right choice so I read all the reviews But you should keep in mind that there are 900 apartments here and its quite an old community so 150 reviews doesnt even come close to representing all the residents opinions Additionally its location is unbeatableyou can get to any of San Diegos great spots within 15 minutes Furthermore parking is secure and apartments have been recently renovated with new paint on buildings consistent landscaping modernized kitchenseverything looks nice Though there are some Californiaspecific apartment issues like smells or people not picking up after their pets or homeless people due to being near a trolley station if youre unfamiliar with San Diego this is a common problem around every trolley stop the office staff has always responded quickly and resolved issues as best as they can So if youre looking around San Diego for an apartment definitely consider Promenade while there might be newer buildings in Mission Valley they don't have the same character or comfort of Promenade Civita looks like metal boxes without any trees plus other communities of similar quality tend to be further away from all of the best parts of San Diego This review is written by me solely out of my own volition hoping that it will help someone else who might find themselves in my situation pick their next home more ... hide ...

So far Id highly recommend this place The staff has been amazing and the rent is exactly what they stated with no surprises When I moved in they gave me several options since I needed a garage and took their time to help me out They also have community events like movie nights at the pool or food trucks every so often which is nice Parking has been great with a large lot on the south end for when I don't use my garage and trash is consistently picked up so it doesnt accumulate like other places The appliances are uptodate and theres ceiling fans which is a rare find in apartments nowadays Amenities are really nice but havent gotten to use them yet plus the modemrouter was already setup so that was super easy to set up in my wall ports To top it off theres even a builtin desk larger than anticipated in my unit as well as energy bills that havent gone over 100 will update if they do Theres also lights everywhere from under cabinets to closets too However walls seem thin so you can hear neighbors if theyre loud or doors slam cant hear talkingmusic though Ground floor AC units next to patio click onoff occasionally which isn't too bad but the dog park could be improved mostly dirt that doesnt drain water well package center needs labeled shelving though you can pay for an optional system if desired cabinets are somewhat cheap but more ... hide ...
