My overall impressions of the last two months have been positive. The amenities are still impressive, and the grounds are well-maintained. Management seems to be attentive to feedback and run things efficiently. My only real issue is that trash collection has erratic hours, which can keep my bin out of commission until it arrives. Additionally, noise from neighbors can be heard through the walls (such as slamming doors/cabinets), and on one occasion we had a noisy visitor at 11pm. People should also learn how to park near the front of buildings properly; it's irritating when they take up two spots or park incorrectly. In spite of this, there are more pros than cons; I love the kitchen and flooring, amenities are great, no issues with management so far, parking is okay if you don't mind walking a bit; pool/gym is lovely too! It's refreshing to see them take such care in maintaining this community - I hope JC Hart continues keeping their standards high!
