So far, I'd highly recommend this place. The staff has been amazing and the rent is exactly what they stated with no surprises. When I moved in, they gave me several options since I needed a garage and took their time to help me out. They also have community events like movie nights at the pool or food trucks every so often which is nice. Parking has been great with a large lot on the south end for when I don't use my garage and trash is consistently picked up so it doesn't accumulate like other places. The appliances are up-to-date and there's ceiling fans which is a rare find in apartments nowadays! Amenities are really nice but haven't gotten to use them yet, plus the modem/router was already setup so that was super easy to set up in my wall ports. To top it off, there's even a built-in desk larger than anticipated in my unit as well as energy bills that haven't gone over $100 (will update if they do). There's also lights everywhere from under cabinets to closets too! However, walls seem thin so you can hear neighbors if they're loud or doors slam (can't hear talking/music though). Ground floor AC units next to patio click on/off occasionally which isn't too bad but the dog park could be improved - mostly dirt that doesn't drai So far, I'd highly recommend this place.
