    I'd give this place less than a star if I could. The leasing staff were helpful before you moved in, then impossible to contact. The building is always filthy, and all maintenance requests were ignored. I had to replace my garage door opener several times because it wasn't working, then a week before moving out the garage door came down on my car. Property manager Bill Eaves blamed me for it and did nothing to fix it; when I requested footage to take legal action he sent an incredibly small video that showed nothing and then dodged calls when asked for a full copy. When the move-out papers were all signed, they said wait for my deposit check but charged me rent even though I was no longer living there; one month later I'm still waiting on that check! Avoid this place at all costs—you don't want to deal with their unnecessary hassle or how they changed their name...
