I rented a twobedroom apartment for my father while he was visiting for a month and I was extremely dissatisfied with the six thousand one hundred dollar price There were several pieces of missing furniture such as side tables and kitchen bar stools plus there was even a hole in the ceiling where the light should have been Additionally there were no pots or pans in the kitchen and no area rug despite what the site photos showed The refrigerator reeked horribly but that wasnt even the worst of it both mattresses had urine stains We paid an advance fee of six thousand dollars plus five hundred dollars refundable deposit stupid me Unfortunately I wasnt able to view it beforehand since Farid the manager said it was occupied When my dad arrived to see its condition he asked for his money back immediately without success after months of bugging Farid we only got two hundred dollars from our deposit back My advice insist on seeing your place before signing any contract Don't recommend this place more ... hide ...

The apartment complex Ive been living in for almost a year has gone downhill since the management team changed Katya and the previous team were helpful but now nobody answers their phones when they know its a tenant My unit had issues like a broken dishwasher dirty carpet and laminate when I moved in plus no air conditioning for an entire month at the beginning of summer due to poor maintenance which still happens if it gets too cold outside Anthony from maintenance is one of the few people who is thorough and helpful There were also problems with my mailbox lock not working so I couldnt receive mail paper thin walls and ceiling plus something living in the roof that makes noise nonstop when Im home The road and parking areas have pot holes big enough to drown in For all this trouble Im paying over 1285 though my lease says 1250 for under 800sqft while outside temperatures were in the 60s inside was reaching 80s When discussing these matters with property manager she said bad reviews are only written by people who don't pay rent which isn't true Save your money as there are nicer apartments nearby at cheaper prices beacon management should be avoided at all costs if given a choice between them or homelessness then homelessness wins hands down more ... hide ...

Staying at this accommodation was a real highlight of our trip We arrived in the evening so it was dark but we got in alright The location is perfect as you have an incredible view of the ocean and its not a busy road The hosts were wonderful they had everything ready for us when we arrived and breakfast was like being with old friends hearty portions and even lattes The dining room overlooked the ocean which made for a pleasant start to our day They didnt live on site but close by and there was no need to take off our shoes when inside The suite we stayed in had some issues though it was downstairs so access involved either going outside around the building or using an elevator that only one of the hosts could operate this became inconvenient when it rained for two days However all other features were more than enough to make up for that huge living space with a kingsized bed bathroom with both lie down shower convertible to normal standing shower double vanity and Jacuzzi tub plus cable TV All these things meant that on bad days we could easily never leave our room even though there were lots of windows offering peaceful views out onto the ocean There were also motion sensors which switched lights on automatically so no fumbling around in darkness This place has only been open since summertime which explains why some parts werent finished yet such as elevator walls crown molding more ... hide ...
