I rented a two-bedroom apartment for my father while he was visiting for a month and I was extremely dissatisfied with the six thousand one hundred dollar price. There were several pieces of missing furniture such as side tables and kitchen bar stools, plus there was even a hole in the ceiling where the light should have been. Additionally, there were no pots or pans in the kitchen and no area rug, despite what the site photos showed. The refrigerator reeked horribly, but that wasn't even the worst of it - both mattresses had urine stains! We paid an advance fee of six thousand dollars plus five hundred dollars refundable deposit (stupid me!). Unfortunately, I wasn't able to view it beforehand since Farid (the manager) said it was occupied. When my dad arrived to see its condition he asked for his money back immediately without success; after months of bugging Farid we only got two hundred dollars from our deposit back. My advice: insist on seeing your place before signing any contract! Don't recommend this place!
