The apartment complex I've been living in for almost a year has gone downhill since the management team changed. Katya and the previous team were helpful, but now nobody answers their phones when they know it's a tenant. My unit had issues like a broken dishwasher, dirty carpet and laminate when I moved in, plus no air conditioning for an entire month at the beginning of summer due to poor maintenance which still happens if it gets too cold outside. Anthony from maintenance is one of the few people who is thorough and helpful. There were also problems with my mailbox lock not working so I couldn't receive mail, paper thin walls and ceiling plus something living in the roof that makes noise nonstop when I'm home. The road and parking areas have pot holes big enough to drown in! For all this trouble, I'm paying over $1285 (though my lease says $1250) for under 800sqft; while outside temperatures were in the 60s, inside was reaching 80s! When discussing these matters with property manager she said bad reviews are only written by people who don't pay rent - which isn't true!
