I stayed at Bienville Towers from November 2014 to October 2015 in a two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit. I can only speak about my experience there. When I moved out, I took pictures of the cleanup with my phone for evidence that management was satisfied with it. They gave me back my full deposit without any problem. My pros and cons of living there are listed below; however, overall, I had to give this residence just one star due to the amount of cons outweighing the pros. Pros: 1. Affordable 2. Great location 3. Office staff seemed efficient Cons: 1. Limited parking spaces and a tight lot which flooded often 2. Safety and security lacking 3. Old complex needing better upkeep 4 Poor insulation and thin walls 5 Abnormal roach infestation 6 Noisy complex 7 Plumbing issues (toilets flushed slowly, lukewarm water from faucets all year) - maintenance worker's excuse was ridiculous In conclusion, I would not recommend these apartments.*
