I lived at Emerald Lakes for three years and can confidently say youre better off looking elsewhere The maintenance staff were friendly but there were only two of them to service the entire complex The property owners are also very cheap and greedy as I experienced firsthand when I had to call countless times for termite treatment and a leaky window which caused water damage that took months to fix When it came time for me to move out early they kept my entire deposit without any explanation other than a small fee of repairs which was unreasonable in comparison If youre looking for pests slow maintenance having to fight with the property managers over repairs and greedy owners who want your money Emerald Lakes is the place for you Below are photos documenting my pest problems a mouse proof of water damage around a window and mudtunnels from termites more ... hide ...

Staying at Beaver Creek Apartments during quarantine was an absolute delight for us To start Joey the apartment manager has been nothing but amazing from day one Hes worked hard to upgrade the place with painting inside and out new floors a resurfaced parking lot increased security with keypads on entryways and a new signits all looking great We also appreci 2022-09-11T10:32:16Z
Staying at Beaver Creek Apartments during quarantine was an absolute delight for us To start Joey the apartment manager has been nothing but amazing from day one Hes worked hard to upgrade the place with painting inside and out new floors a resurfaced parking lot increased security with keypads on entryways and a new signits all looking great We also appreciate his flexibility when it comes to maintenance issues they always get taken care of quickly The only downside is some subflooring spots that will hopefully be addressed soon The location is great tooright next to MAX and close to several parks like Center Street Wetlands and Cedar Hills Walking around the neighborhoods is enjoyable and safe there are plenty of restaurants grocery stores nearby including Shake Shack which is getting even nicer The amenities were a bonus too but unfortunately couldnt enjoy them much due to the pandemic however we did appreciate having access to an indoor pool hot tub plus gym sauna even if it wasnt 247 hours for workouts Laundry machines were rarely occupied so that was convenient as well On top of all that Beaver Creek offered rent reductions during this difficult time which we really appreciated We only wish we had more time here because it truly has been an ideal place for usgood luck finding something better than Beaver Creek Apartments more ... hide ...

Im astonished by the 5 star reviews with Jacob in the office being the saving grace Renting here is not worth it at all I had to pick this place without seeing it due to living in another state and was told that there were washer dryer units and WiFi included in the rent price this was also on their site which has since been updated After coming on movein d 2022-09-10T12:02:17Z
Im astonished by the 5 star reviews with Jacob in the office being the saving grace Renting here is not worth it at all I had to pick this place without seeing it due to living in another state and was told that there were washer dryer units and WiFi included in the rent price this was also on their site which has since been updated After coming on movein day I found out that this wasnt true and I was very angry My experience for almost a month now has been mediocre parking is awful and if you get home after 56 pm you will be hard pressed to find a spot close to your apartment The trash compactor is far away so it takes 10 minutes round trip just to take out trashand don't even think about doing that at night The walls are not insulated so any little noise my neighbors make can be heard clearly When I moved in my apartment was dirty toilettub unclean carpet with a bandaid cabinets full of food crumbs hairsit seems they don't require tenants or hire cleaners before moving someone else in As for positives location is great near shoppingrestaurants pet fee is reasonable if you have one nice layout of apartments area feels relatively safe quiet location You can rent garages but theres a waitlist for them and amenities arent special no free weightsold looking poolno printers more ... hide ...

St Augustine Place has been my home for the past three years and I have to say that the new Building Manager Dean has made a great impact since his arrival at the end of 2021 Various changes were seen almost instantly from pleasant smells in hallways and elevators to cheerful season decorations around the building He is always friendly and eager to assist with any problems or issues that need resolving even when I am not socially active I must compliment him for forming a sense of community among our neighbours with his wifes help He is constantly transforming our social room into a place of fun and camaraderie its quite remarkable that even some guys attend These features make St Augustine Place a comfortable secure homelike environment which deserves recognition for Dean Daisy Chuck and Junie who form an excellent team more ... hide ...
