I'm astonished by the 5 star reviews, with Jacob in the office being the saving grace. Renting here is not worth it at all. I had to pick this place without seeing it due to living in another state and was told that there were washer & dryer units and Wi-Fi included in the rent price (this was also on their site, which has since been updated). After coming on move-in day, I found out that this wasn't true and I was very angry. My experience for almost a month now has been mediocre; parking is awful and if you get home after 5-6 pm you will be hard pressed to find a spot close to your apartment. The trash compactor is far away so it takes 10 minutes round trip just to take out trash--and don't even think about doing that at night! The walls are not insulated so any little noise my neighbors make can be heard clearly. When I moved in my apartment was dirty; toilet/tub unclean, carpet with a bandaid, cabinets full of food crumbs & hairs--it seems they don't require tenants or hire cleaners before moving someone else in. As for positives: location is great (near shopping/restaurants), pet fee is reasonable if you have one, nice layout of apartments, area feels relatively safe & quiet location.
