I lived at Emerald Lakes for three years and can confidently say you're better off looking elsewhere. The maintenance staff were friendly, but there were only two of them to service the entire complex. The property owners are also very cheap and greedy, as I experienced first-hand when I had to call countless times for termite treatment and a leaky window which caused water damage that took months to fix. When it came time for me to move out early, they kept my entire deposit without any explanation other than a small fee of repairs which was unreasonable in comparison. If you're looking for pests, slow maintenance, having to fight with the property managers over repairs and greedy owners who want your money - Emerald Lakes is the place for you!
