I lived in this place for nearly two years until the end of February. XS management was superb; they were so kind when they took over from Midwest! I had issues with the previous landlord and maintenance workers entering my apartment without permission, even once while I was asleep! Thankfully, the new company was great for my last few months there and it seemed like they wanted to make it a comfy home for everyone. My only qualms would be about living close to the stairs - if you want peace and quiet, steer clear! Nevertheless, it's a great place to live overall and I would highly recommend it.
