The recently-built apartment has high-end amenities and laundry room. The people living here are friendly; however, tenants have to pay an extra $50 for two vehicles’ parking fees every year. Despite this, I don’t mind spending the money; however, if someone takes your spot you have to take responsibility to get the car towed yourself. The building manager cannot help with this issue as there are not enough parking spaces and only five spots for visitors. We have called the police three times already due to a person taking our spot. After six months a sign was posted about resolving the problem but there is still no solution in sight yet. If we're paying so much for parking then they should take measures such as gating it off or something similar instead of us having to spend an extra hour dealing with cops every time this problem arises. The walls are thin so you can hear noises from upstairs or downstairs clearly too.
