Killam is a poorly managed location with a number of problems Its laundry machines are often covered in hair crumbs and dirt the tenant on the first floor invites street people to stay who rummage through the dumpsters for cans and its locks can be opened using a debit card Additionally there is no AC in summer so it gets extremely hot staff drive recklessly 2022-11-05T11:32:17Z

When you enter Skyline apartment complex the first thing that will stand out are the large potholes which could take a long time to fill in yet the management doesnt seem to care This lack of concern continues throughout with increasing rent prices which are justified by inadequate renovations an inefficient and unprofessional maintenance person only two washing machines and tumble dryers for the entire building and staff that never answer their phone the voicemail is always full Complaints from tenants don't seem to be taken seriously management takes too much time in resolving problems while they also often argue with those who complain To make matters worse the apartments themselves require upgrades The cleaning lady is a hard worker and nice though which is why Im giving one star instead of zero In conclusion Skylines priorities are not in order something needs to change drastically so it can reach an acceptable level more ... hide ...

We spent three days in August at Silver Sand Resort for an ATV trip and reserved a motel room for two people The booking and checkin processes were straightforward There were six rooms in the main buildings walkout basement beneath the restaurant but when we parked by our room we noticed an unpleasant garbage odor We realized that the trash drop off area was 2022-09-16T00:32:17Z
We spent three days in August at Silver Sand Resort for an ATV trip and reserved a motel room for two people The booking and checkin processes were straightforward There were six rooms in the main buildings walkout basement beneath the restaurant but when we parked by our room we noticed an unpleasant garbage odor We realized that the trash drop off area was close to the rooms which made it worse on hot daysThe motel room had two double beds a nightstand bar fridge cabinet with drawers one coat hook near the door and ten mismatched hangers on a clothes hanger The bathroom had a small vanity toilet and tub with shower but no sitting area or chairs nor dresser or other furniture pieces although it was generally clean there was dust on headboards and lamp as well as dirt behindunderneath bedframe Disturbingly enough there wasnt even any smoke detector in sight given that its location is below a commercial kitchen furthermore the TV only had Bell receiver yet no channels while WiFi which is advertised on various sites including their own isn't even available Additionally there was no propane for BBQing nor glasses or other kitchen amenities despite us asking about coffee makers beforehandTo make matters worse it wasnt possible to regulate temperature since air conditioning is not provided nor thermostat present all there was to cool down from heat humidity was ventilation fan from bathroom plus ceiling fan plus by leaving more ... hide ...
