Its laundry machines are often covered in hair, crumbs, and dirt; the tenant on the first floor invites street people to stay who rummage through the dumpsters for cans; and its locks can be opened using a debit card. Additionally, there is no AC in summer so it gets extremely hot, staff drive recklessly in the parking lot, smoking is allowed filling halls with smoke from cigarettes and pot, maintenance takes forever to fix things leaving rooms smelling of mould, and drain flies and fruit flies are rampant.
