Ive been living in this building for more than 10 years and the staff has always been friendly and helpful Maintenance is typically done quickly but lately it looks like theyre in a rush I experienced the bugs and garbage chute issues which is why I cant give a 5star rating Since then though work has been done both inside and outside Being an older building can be disruptive while making major renovations such as redoing the balconies The heating system is outdated you either have it full blast or off so windows are open during winter to keep temperatures cooler The new indoor air conditioners were not satisfactory theyre loud unattractive and don't provide enough power for an average apartment there must be a better option It would also be great to see seniors hours at the pool with a ramp that gives disabled tenants better access Family time and adult time arent feasible for senior citizens either As required by my lease agreement any wornout appliances have been replaced as well as bathroom floor refinishing however old carpeting remains along with murky walls that may never get updated Despite this my view of nature trees squirrels remains quiet tranquil so I cant complain more ... hide ...
