I had the pleasure of living in a 2BR for more than 18 years and I cant express enough how great it was The landlords maintenance personnel and tenants were all wonderful The buildings are wellmaintained for their age and the location offers plenty of convenient amenities Additionally the resident managers were very kind and accommodating All in all my time 2022-10-11T00:32:17Z

Marwest owns Ashbury Place located at 299 Queen Street Unfortunately the building is plagued with bed bugsbut its kept a secret Piles of mattresses and furniture are visible in the back and when we discovered them we moved out immediately After sending Marwest videos of all the bugs that were swarming despite exterminator visits I had to fight to get out of 2022-10-11T04:02:17Z
