Living here for a year was an unpleasant experience management had multiple problems accused us of things we never did and delayed maintenance requests They even removed the buildings public garbage cans Fire alarms were checked constantly and management lied to us repeatedly We had to contact their Ontario office multiple times in order to get results Addit 2022-10-27T09:32:17Z

Im having a great time in the Sterling so far Its a brand new building and Im the first tenant which is really cool There were some delays due to construction and Covid19 but they were quickly sorted out by the building manager and staff I love all of the pets in the building plus its close to Kearny Lake and some trails theres even a bus stop right in fron 2022-10-27T12:32:16Z

Living in Emerald Hills Landing Sherwood Park has been an exciting and memorable experience It is a 55 building with many nearby amenities like a hospital medical centre lovely parks with walking trails and an Italian market that are within walking distance We have a fulltime resident manager who keeps the residence clean and wellmaintained they are also very friendly towards ideas and concerns In the lounge theres a fullyequipped kitchen for coffee cards games weekly breakfast as well as an exercise room to stay fit With our incredible volunteer social committee and event organizers it is truly one big happy family that I highly recommend to live in more ... hide ...

I cannot rate this company negatively enough Weve had a leak from the upstairs neighbor for eight months and Mainstreet hasnt sent anyone to investigate When we reported bedbugs they told us it was probably cockroaches something we don't even have in Alberta and Saskatchewan Worse still there is zero soundproofing so I hear everything my neighbors are doing 2022-10-10T17:02:19Z
