Living in Emerald Hills Landing, Sherwood Park has been an exciting and memorable experience. It is a 55+ building with many nearby amenities like a hospital medical centre, lovely parks with walking trails, and an Italian market that are within walking distance. We have a full-time resident manager who keeps the residence clean and well-maintained; they are also very friendly towards ideas and concerns. In the lounge there's a fully-equipped kitchen for coffee, cards, games, weekly breakfast as well as an exercise room to stay fit. With our incredible volunteer social committee and event organizers it is truly one big happy family that I highly recommend to live in.
