2023-02-20T06:30:02ZI'm having a great time in the Sterling so far. It's a brand new building, and I'm the first tenant - which is really cool. There were some delays due to construction and Covid-19, but they were quickly sorted out by the building manager and staff. I love all of the pets in the building, plus it's close to Kearny Lake and some trails; there's even a bus stop right in front of it! Groceries aren't walking distance yet but nearby - this whole area is developing quickly. As I'm writing this there are still a few construction projects going on near us, but despite that it remains peaceful here.
