Living at 35 Jansusie is the worst experience of my life The site states they have a management team but they are basically useless George who calls himself the building manager doesnt understand anything we tell him and its like theres a communication gap Even when asked to do simple tasks he pretends he didnt hear so that he wont have to work The place is 2022-11-11T10:32:18Z
Living at 35 Jansusie is the worst experience of my life The site states they have a management team but they are basically useless George who calls himself the building manager doesnt understand anything we tell him and its like theres a communication gap Even when asked to do simple tasks he pretends he didnt hear so that he wont have to work The place is old roaches and bed bugs being major problems and the laundry room is always dirty machines not working properly either and card loading machines don't even function Georges attitude clearly shows his lack of interest in doing his job which made me wonder why MET CAP employed someone like him in order to save on money It appears that its the government and city who allow these rip off companies to operate without consequence if you need an apartment invest the extra money for better quality rather than wasting your hard earned cash here Im glad I moved out from this horrible apartment more ... hide ...

We moved in this spring and were informed that the apartment was already cleaned and all repairs taken care of unfortunately this was not the case Cupboards and kitchen had crumbs left in them food caked on the oven dishwasher and stove very unsanitary Many fixes still need to be done to our place but it is incredibly irritating that this wasnt done even af 2022-10-06T13:32:17Z

Its true that your apartments look nice but the building management is extremely poor People were moved in before the construction was even finished and wiring had to be fixed in walls Other tenants reported being put up in hotels for the first few weeks of their lease due to incompletion of their apartments and then air conditioning didnt work during August 2022-10-19T19:32:17Z
Its true that your apartments look nice but the building management is extremely poor People were moved in before the construction was even finished and wiring had to be fixed in walls Other tenants reported being put up in hotels for the first few weeks of their lease due to incompletion of their apartments and then air conditioning didnt work during August The construction company theyre working with is terrible workers have entered some apartments without notice or consent from tenants leaving large holes in walls for weeks They also let themselves onto another tenants balcony without any warning or reason and started smoking Furthermore there was an unlocked back door which caused theft of packages from the mailroom but management failed to tell tenants about it To make matters worse the building manager is neglectful and sexist towards female residents making them feel unsafe but taking no action against it Be aware that phase 2 wont be completed while they are still renting out first 3 floors according to a construction worker so consider carefully if youre looking for a safe place to stay as a woman living alone more ... hide ...
