I have been a resident in this building for nearly two years now It is located close to the highway and during the summer months you cannot open windows or balconies for more than thirty minutes Furthermore management does not seem to care theres even a rental office in the building that is unhelpful and slow The apartment is of poor quality it has singleglazed windows which allow air to leak through during winter and make noise all year round There was an inspection almost a year ago but no improvements have been made since then All in all this area should be avoided by families due to its low quality of living conditions more ... hide ...

I have been in this accommodation for 4 years and the concierge service is sufficient However the building is aging and there have been 3 occasions of water overflowing from the kitchen sink over the past 6 months Additionally parking was closed for two weeks and one of the elevators was out of commission for a month The laundry room always gets flooded with bubbles after several uses Every year they increase rent by around 30 dollars in an effort to improve service however it has only gotten worse with time I will not be recommending anyone to live here when my contract ends next year steer clear of this apartment more ... hide ...

We didnt read reviews before renting and the consequences were true there was a ticket at the entrance asking to return a package from Amazon and we were stolen in our first order The administration blamed my wife for it but also smoked that she asked to see security camera images although they said they would install cameras in the concierge 4 months ago nothing has happened yet We had 3 pending issues in the contract microwave not working fixed after 3 months mailbox opened without key kept as is and a window with only one glass so heat can come out even when its 2C outside they didnt turn on our heater The equipment is nice but there are not many wires one TV cable comes from outside of building which we used for current internet connection however Bell could not be installed due to old wiring technicians needed access to all downstairs apartments instead of helping us with this issue administration asked us knock on their door and see if neighbors allow wire passing through there which is forbidden anyway Payment for Desjardins isn't accepted either Apartment looks nice but surroundings are like dump To sum up before renting in Canada check reviews about management this might save you some trouble more ... hide ...

Im not sure where to begin we moved in and were never given a laundry card Management said the tenant that had just left should have provided one but he didnt know where his was When I called the office they refused to provide one It wasnt until July 15th which is the busiest moving day of the year that they finally placed an order for new cards and promised 2022-11-05T03:02:20Z
Im not sure where to begin we moved in and were never given a laundry card Management said the tenant that had just left should have provided one but he didnt know where his was When I called the office they refused to provide one It wasnt until July 15th which is the busiest moving day of the year that they finally placed an order for new cards and promised to call when they arrived They never did so a week later we returned and got a card I put 20 on it at the machine but it didnt work with any of them We contacted the card provider and found out it had never been assigned to our building in the first place I went back yet again and this time received another card same result So I asked for a refund which was denied no cards or money 5 weeks later To make matters worse management wouldnt help with various issues regarding our apartment upon movein either all around worst experience ever would not recommend more ... hide ...
