Living at 35 Jansusie is the worst experience of my life. The site states they have a management team, but they are basically useless. George, who calls himself the building manager, doesn't understand anything we tell him and it's like there's a communication gap. Even when asked to do simple tasks he pretends he didn't hear so that he won't have to work. The place is old, roaches and bed bugs being major problems and the laundry room is always dirty- machines not working properly either and card loading machines don't even function. George's attitude clearly shows his lack of interest in doing his job which made me wonder why MET CAP employed someone like him in order to save on money? It appears that it's the government and city who allow these rip off companies to operate without consequence; if you need an apartment invest the extra money for better quality rather than wasting your hard earned cash here! I'm glad I moved out from this horrible apartment.
