Im a business professional and I can highly recommend this building as Ive been living here The property managers are great they react fast to any repairs that may be required The apartment suite is beautiful and includes quartz countertops white lacquer modern cabinets 5 stainless steel appliances a half bath with ensuite washerdryer and laminate flooring with grey walls and white trim Moreover my unit is on the 6th floor with 3 huge windows facing west for lots of natural light plus a large balcony too Theres central airconditioning to keep cool in hot weather along with heated parking at an extra cost which makes it worth it when the weather outside isn't good the parking also comes with a storage room This building is secure and petfriendly with approval plus youve got Superstore across the street as well as plenty of other retail outlets and restaurants in close proximity theres even a bus stop right out front It takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the hospital or university while Downtown Halifax is 10 minutes away furthermore Dartmouth Bridge is close by too as well as Costco 10 min drive or Halifax Shopping Centre 5 min drive So if you don't have your own vehicle this place would be ideal for you Jasper I absolutely love living here more ... hide ...

It is highly recommended to avoid this team of managers at all costs They have been unresponsive to the tenants needs and impossible to contact someone who can actually do something This past winter they came into my unit without prior notification in order to remodel it destroying amenities such as the toilet oven and sinks They then demanded that I move out within 24 hours to Fenwick Towers during exam season no less Despite my efforts of submitting complaints for two weeks straight there was no response from anyone in their head office To reiterate stay away from them if you can more ... hide ...

I lived in 19Twenty apartments for a year despite the discouraging reviews and it was my favorite apartment so far The building was conveniently located near a Tim Hortons library and several restaurants The flat itself was very large and in great condition plus the neighbors were generally quiet Staff at management and maintenance were amiable and efficient 2022-10-02T14:02:18Z
